Abstract

Agriculture has been practiced for centuries in every country. Crop cultivation is both a science
and art in agriculture. The introduction of agriculture resulted in sedentary human civilization.
For millennia, agriculture has been done by hand. Agriculture must also keep up with the
worldwide trend of adopting new technologies and methods. The Internet of Things (IoT) is
heavily used in smart agriculture. IoT devices can be used to monitor agricultural lands.
Farmers with advanced knowledge of fertilizer dispensing applications can produce high
yields. In this study, we suggest an IOT-based fertilizer dispenser robot. This IoT-based bot
collects data from sensors positioned at various nodes and communicates it over wireless
protocol using a wireless sensor network. The sensor measures nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P),
potassium (K), and soil variables like temperature, humidity, and moisture. A robot spray
fertilizer into the soil based on the measured qualities of the soil. The Machine Learning (ML)
model is used to automate choices like fertilizer supply. This idea reduces the amount of time
and effort by farmers required to supply fertilizer to the crop.
