Abstract

The arrival (landing) and service (administration) rates are supposed to be various forms
of fuzzy numbers in our proposed FM/FD/1 imprecise queuing model, which has an
infinite limit. Pascal's triangle graded mean is used to transform a variety of fuzzy values,
such as arrival and service times, into a crisp value. Here, we employ this technique to
ascertain the execution proportions. With the conventional queuing hypothesis, the main
objective is to remove uncertainty before processing the displaying parameters. To
highlight the methodology's applicability in practice, numerical examples are provided.
Each fuzzy number has a comparable illustration created for it. The sensitivity analysis
was then applied to the small-scale factors.
