Online Security on E- CRM System: Review Paper

Abstract

In recent decades, online security has been seen in terms of protecting the web application
layer from unauthorized user threats. There are numerous advantages and benefits provided by
E- CRM applications, there are indeed issues. Security is one of the most difficult aspects of
it. One of the most important jobs is to adopt adequate security measures when using E- CRM.
The major purpose of this study is to provide an analysis of the security in the E-CRM systems.
To accomplish this, a research work of the last ten years was conducted, and year-by-year
publishing of various types of attacks on E-CRM sites is highlighted. The researchers
conducted a systematic examination of 81 papers published between 2018 and 2022 and used
text assessment to find the lacking terms. The researchers concluded a significant trend of
increased theoretical approach on the security of E-CRM issues throughout the latest 5 years,
but a gap in generating effective approaches was discovered. This report will be useful to
researchers in the area of E-CRM system security. In addition, the current study contributed in
numerous security requirements and obstacles are included. Moreover, this study will be
helpful to scholars in the field of E-CRM with security.
