Synthesis and Modification of Nanosized Inclusions in Znse/Zno: O, Zn Crystalline Matrixes

Abstract
The paper considers the structural study and modification of nanosized inclusions in
ZnSe/ZnO: O, Zn crystalline matrices. It is shown that heat treatment of ZnSe/ZnO: O
nanoheterostructures led to an increase in the microhardness value and oxygen content, where
this led to the formation of light dotted lines in the near-surface layer.
