Abstract

Not long has passed since the activity of the pedagogical team of the Chirchik State Pedagogical Institute of the Tashkent region, but the pedagogical team of the institute, having correctly understood the task set before our president, the employees of the educational system of the state, studied in detail all aspects of the system of continuing education in preschool institutions and UTMs of the To do this, through the organization of meetings, conversations, lectures, master classes, practical trainings with district officials, all UTM directors, MTM and UTM employees in a number of districts of the region, he identified existing shortcomings in the MTM and UTMs in the region, including the large need for pedagogical personnel, the lack of personnel landing, the absence of continuity and continuity in, lack of personnel with higher education (the fact that most schools operate specialists with secondary education), non-observance of continuity and continuity between curricula, lack of textbooks and teaching aids, shortcomings in the material and technical base, etc.
