Abstract

Yoga is a practice that promotes calmness and renewed enthusiasm. Because yoga is a discipline that not only has tangible impacts on enhancing physical health, educating emotions, and nourishing the soul but also serves as psychological treatment for pupils, it also helps to improve the quality of education. The majority of students study more effectively and feel energized after engaging in yoga practice. This article's goal is to demonstrate how yoga may be used in education by presenting the results of the research. Yoga uses a variety of strategies to achieve psychosocial equilibrium. Schools are becoming more sedentary and concerned with a steady stream of stimuli coming from mobile phones, computers, and televisions, which is leading to a rise in stress and emotional disorders. According to several research on the benefits of yoga, doing it regularly can help people feel less stressed, have less symptoms of anxiety, and have less sadness. It examines the potential for using yoga in a lesson plan at school for fit pupils. Studies to date have revealed that yoga could benefit students' attention, self-control, and stress reduction in the classroom.
