Abstract

Automated guided vehicles used in flexible production systems (AGVs) are employed as equipment for material handling. AGVs are now widely employed in various domains, including storage facilities, container ports, and transportation networks, in addition to their traditional employment in production systems. the application of different control systems to operate any machinery or apparatus switching telephone networks, operate remote-controlled (toy) vehicles, or do other useful functions with little or no human intervention. The Design and implementation of a wirelessly operated vehicle utilizing a mobile device or a computer are suggested by this study. The ESP8266 wireless module served as the car's transceiver (transmitter and receiver) for this research project, together with an Two electric DC motors, an H-bridge L293D IC for the controller, and an Arduino Uno microcontroller. The two main objectives of this project are to develop a control system that is widely used in vehicles and works in daily life and to use wi-fi technology to increase a normal radio frequency car's minimal range. According to the test results, the controlled automobile can move in any direction. Although the greatest testing range for a device is just around 20 meters away from the user's position, performance is still dependent on the device’s signal strength.
