Abstract

It is common to use systems to improve efficiency. Through research, the author has found that companies' internal information communication environments vary widely. Large companies have the financial and development capacity to adapt internal efficiency management systems to their own operations. SMEs often lack the ability to develop a system that fits their business and solve this problem with free or inexpensive software and systems. In this case, the users have to adapt to the software and system environment. These days software and systems to solve those business efficiency problems are the hot topic of discussion. The authors took the idea from Lego bricks and modularized the existing software and systems. With this proposed system: Operational Efficiency Platform (OEP), users can improve their work efficiency by simply selecting the appropriate modules. In this paper, OEP effectiveness is examined by a set of experiment and interviews.
