A Survey on Prognosis on Healthcare in Artificial Intelligence with Block Chain Technologies
Main Article Content
Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an upcoming field in computer science and engineering which
refers to way through which a machine can easily do a tasks which generally require human
intervention and human intelligence. It is crucial for health leaders to understand the state
of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ways that such technologies can be used
to improve the efficiency, safety, and access of health services, achieving value-based care.
Machine learning represents the dominant approach in Artificial Intelligence (AI), and it is
responsible for most of the recent advancements in the field where Deep learning discovers
the intricate structure in large data sets by using a back propagation algorithm operating on
multiple levels of abstraction. Blockchain technology has been gaining visibility owing to
its ability to enhance the security, reliability, and robustness of distributed systems. Several
areas have benefited from research based on this technology, such as finance, remote
sensing, data analysis, and healthcare. Blockchain became a key component of many
healthcare technology stacks and can derive real-time data streams as valuable and scalable
enough to enable real-time healthcare predictive analytics. The current healthcare systems
are facing many issues in terms of data management, data sharing, information security and
patient privacy, data immutability, trust, and transparency. This study examines the
selected Artificial Intelligence and block chain technology publications rigorously and
identifies drawbacks in the available literature, making it useful for the researchers who are
willing to implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare in Prognosis Disease in
