Abstract

One of the most important challenges of the modern world is the existence and activation of aggressive communication. This determines the relevance of linguistic or other types of research on this phenomenon. The study of human aggression is one of the main tasks of modern science across various spheres of life. The field of communication science is not only interested in studying how human aggression affects language, but also in exploring the social and other factors that contribute to aggressive behavior and its linguistic expressions. The study of aggression as a verbal communication phenomenon is related to a development in the twentieth century, where the focus shifted from Structural Linguistics to Functional Linguistics. This marked the dominance of anthropocentrism, where humans became the center of scientific focus. This shift was a starting point for linguistics to actively study interdisciplinary problems
