Abstract

School violence against the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual và Transgender) community is a
serious issue in education. Students who belong to this community are often discriminated
against, bullied and subjected to more violence than other students in schools. Such violent
behavior can have serious consequences for their mental health, ranging from anxiety,
depression, insecurity to stress and reduced learning capacity. To address this problem, schools
need to take measures to reduce school violence against the LGBT community. This can be
achieved through teacher training, building a safe and accepting learning environment for all
students, implementing educational programs, and strengthening monitoring and control in
schools. In addition, laws and policies need to be constantly updated to protect the rights of
LGBT students and to deal with violations seriously. However, solving this problem requires
not only organizations and schools but also the community, families or society to have a
responsibility to treat LGBT students fairly and respect them. Only when we work together can
we reduce or eliminate school violence against the LGBT community and create a safe and
accepting learning environment for all students.
