Abstract

The current study was conducted to identify the preferred music scales that attract customers' attention to a particular ad. A sample of customers from Jordan (251) and GCC countries (228) responded to an online questionnaire. SPSS was used to screen and analyze the results; it was discovered through analysis that music scales can influence individuals' "customers'" attention to certain advertisements through the scales' ability to bond between the customer and the brand based on remembering the rhyme of the scale; additionally, it was discovered that Nahawand, Kurd, and Albayyat were the most favored music scales due to their closeness to the Arabic cultural and social heritage compared to the others. The study recommended researching the relationship between employing upbeat tunes and impulsive purchases among individuals.
