Abstract

Utilizing renewable energy powered charging stations is a viable way to address the growing
demand for electric vehicles (EVs) charging. So, for the EV charging system powered by PV
array, fuel cell stack, and wind generators, a cascaded IIR filter is used to reduce the
harmonics. Grid availability/unavailability is attained by switches (STS-1/0) consequently, a
cascaded IIR filter is used for proper operation during modes linked to grid presence and nonexistence. Moreover, with respect to various grid conditions, system performance is
observed.
