In order to thrive in a highly competitive market, all businesses must therefore modify their business strategies by using tools or systems to assist inventory control and make suggestions. This research makes use of a data visualization tool to improve the effectiveness of inventory suggestions. It concentrated on the planning of the inventory. Lean manufacturing was introduced to find, enhance, and get rid of wasteful procedures. This study employed Apache Superset, a data visualization tool, to assist officers with operational planning and decision-making. It made it easier to check inventory levels, determine the worth of goods, and examine the major vendors virtually instantly.
