Abstract
This research aimed to identify and rank the influential factors in the development of digital entrepreneurship in the cosmetics and hygiene industry. The statistical population of this study consists of 10 experts (5 academic experts and 5 industry experts) who were purposefully selected using judgmental sampling method. This research was conducted in two stages. In the first stage, by studying theoretical foundations and interviewing experts, the most influential factors affecting the development of digital entrepreneurship in the cosmetics and hygiene industry were identified and presented to the experts for selection. The content validity ratio (CVR) was used for questionnaire analysis in this stage. In the second stage, the relationships between the influential factors in the development of digital entrepreneurship in the cosmetics and hygiene industry were determined using DEMATEL. The results showed that technology, infrastructure, strategies, and environmental factors are influential factors, while managerial factors, individuals, and content-related factors are influenced factors. The most significant factor identified was "technology."
