Smart Grid Integrated Multilevel Inverter Designed For Photovoltaic Conversion

Abstract

Grid-Connected photovoltaic systems provide an effective solution to meet the growing demand particularly smart grid. In this regard paper proposed a system which extracts and converts the photovoltaic energy and feeds it to the smart grid using multilevel inverter. Cascaded H-Bridge Inverter which is integrated with a smart grid to improve all the above mentioned aspects of the performance like best efficiency, better MPP tracking, low THD and low stress on power switches.
