Abstract
Finding a balance between work and personal life is one of the most important aspects of career fulfillment and personal wellbeing, especially for women navigating career paths. This study examines the complex relationship between work and life balance and women’s career development. Examining a wide range of literature, empirical research, and qualitative interviewing, the goal of this study is to identify the factors that affect or hinder women’s ability to balance work and personal life. The study will focus on the impact of organizational policy, cultural norms, and individual decisions on work and life balance, and how these influence the development of women’s careers. The goal of this research is to provide valuable information for employers, policy makers, and individuals working to create more equitable and inclusive work environments, as well as to inform strategies to improve work and life balance that will ultimately contribute to the development of women in different professional fields.
