Abstract

The essence of human thought is linguistic, meaning the linguistic worldview revolves around the axis of humanity. Human rights refer to those rights that are specific to humans and are explained in both historical and socio-cultural dimensions. The dignity of humans, which is sometimes a manifestation of inherent rights, should not be subject to disrespect and violation. Anyone who violates a human, a being whose face and form reflect divine creation and signs, must be punished as the aggressor and, in any position, be removed from power and brought to justice.
