Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop an entrepreneurship development model with a value-adding approach in the beauty industry, health care and skin, with this view the beauty industry, health care and skin is one of the most competitive and dynamic industries and winning in this industry requires an appropriate entrepreneurial development model that creates value for customers. The research method was qualitative and data were collected through interviews with experts in the field of beauty, health care and skin. In this study, the text of the initial interviews was studied according to the objectives of the research. In order to analyze the data, six themes analysis method has been used. The results showed that four main themes included evaluating the industry، determining value creation strategies، implementing appropriate strategies and developing entrepreneurial knowledge and skills. Sub-themes include eight factors of analyzing the entrepreneurial opportunities of industry, studying successful entrepreneurs of each industry and industrial developments, determining value creation strategies, producing high value-added products, training entrepreneurship strategies, implementing appropriate strategies, improving production and sales strategies, developing strategic relationships, developing entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, developing entrepreneurship entrepreneurship training, creating entrepreneurial knowledge networks.
