Understanding Procastination: A Survey on Habit and Behaviours of Youth

Abstract
All people have been concerned about procrastination. Everybody has procrastinated and had to deal with the fallout. Delaying decisions or chores on intentionally or frequently is known as procrastination. When something has to be done quickly, it usually leads to stress, decreased efficiency, and sometimes bad outcomes. There are a number of reasons why people procrastinate, including low motivation, fear of failing, and ineffective time management. We have frequently looked for ways to avoid putting things off. Most people consider procrastination to be a widespread behavioral trait, and there are increasing amounts of literatures explaining this intricate issue. "This survey study explores the phenomenon of behavioral procrastination, investigating the factors contributing to and consequences of procrastinator behavior. A diverse sample of participants completed questionnaires assessing their procrastination tendencies and associated variables. The results reveal key insights into the prevalence of procrastination, its underlying causes, and its impact on individuals' daily lives. Implications for addressing and mitigating procrastination are discussed."
