Abstract

The rise of machines seems to be inescapable in light of the considerable progress that has
been made in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other technologies. Abstract The
conclusions of this research advise business leaders to embrace change and design methods to
enjoy the advantages of such transformation. Robots are here to stay and will automate
everything in the world. HR will need to progress in order to stay up with the rapid
advancement of technology, which will eventually result in the complete automation of HR
processes. The nature of the future of work will be more inter-disciplinary, technologically
advanced, multi-channeled, and cross-functional, and human resources will not be an
exception to this trend.
The outcomes of the study survey indicate that intelligent robotic systems provide a fresh
approach to the administration of staff and improvement of company performance. In the
field of human resources (HR), there are a number of possibilities, in addition to a large
number of inherent issues relating to technology and ethics. The implications of robotic
automation on HR strategies, such as work substitution, human-robot machine collaboration,
visionary decision-making, and learning experiences, as well as HR activities, such as
recruitment, training and development, conflict handling, organizational discipline, culture,
and work performance, have been brought to light. To avoid becoming irrelevant, the HR
function will need to undergo significant change and actively engage with robotic
automation.
