Abstract
In this proposed study, we examined the performance of a pentagonal fuzzy number in a finite source queue paradigm with a single server and multi- servers. The method is based on the first-come, first-served principle. The arrival and service times are shown by the pentagonal fuzzy number. To use the centroid of centroids approach for pentagonal fuzzy numbers in order to convert the arrival and service times into a crisp value. This method quickly transforms a pentagonal fuzzy number into a crisp value, and it works fairly well. The typical finite source queue model formulas are then used with converted crisp values. Numerical examples are used to illustrate this approach.
