Effect of Blended Learning Strategy on Scientific Attitude among Secondary School Students

Abstract
Learning should be imbibed with the development of creative academic work through a
strategic combination of methods. In the era of digital world, the teaching process has been
changed according to the demand of our digital natives. Today he online and offline learning
has been used side by side according to the demand and pace of the students. The combination
of different kinds of learning leads to blended learning. His strategy is beyond conventional
method of teaching, time, place and pace. It brings flexibility in the education system. It is
removing all kind of situational barriers and increase the platform of learning with variety of
new techniques, technology and concepts. Blended Learning modules were prepared to study
the effect of blended learning strategy on the scientific attitude among secondary school
students. A quasi experimental technique was employed in which one is control group who
was treated with conventional method and one is experimental group who was exposed to
blended learning strategy. Data was analysed by using t-test. It was concluded that there is a
significant difference in the gain scores of scientific attitude among secondary school students.
