A New Example from the Scientific Heritage of the Scholars of the Fergana School of Fiqh

Abstract

In the early middle ages in the territory of our country, various areas of science developed
rapidly. Scientists who grew up in our region during this period, which is called the “first
awakening period” in the scientific literature, made a huge contribution to this scientific
development. One of the distinctive features of this period was the formation of specific
scientific schools in different regions of Transoxiana , and these schools contributed to the
general scientific development of the Transoxiana region.
