Jurisprudence Rulings Related to Primary and Higher Studies

Abstract

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and the best prayer and peace be upon our master Muhammad and all his family and companions. And yet: I have studied the jurisprudential rulings related to the primary and higher studies on the university campus in this research to show some of the jurisprudential rulings that pertain to the student of knowledge at the university. The country without a mahram, as for the second topic: the ruling on the parents’ permission for a man to travel outside his country to learn, then the conclusion and sources.
