Object and Subject of Crimes in the Field of Ecology

Abstract

The object of the crime determines the system of the special part of the Criminal Code of the
Republic of Uzbekistan, and is also of great importance for the qualification of the crime and
the differentiation of responsibility.
In this article, an attempt is made to define the concept and types of the object and subject of
crimes in the field of ecology based on scientific approaches.
