Semantic Peculiarities of the Language of T. Matmuratov's Works

Abstract

This article provides information about the semantic peculiarities of the language of the
works of the Karakalpak poet T. Matmuratov. The synonyms, antonyms and phraseologisms
used in the poet's works are analyzed on the basis of examples. The information about the
synonymous series of synonyms and stylistic differences are given. The affixation, its
formation methods through the words from other languages, phraseological word
combinations and euphemisms, and artistic peculiarities is shown with the examples taken
from the poet works. The antonyms, their semantic differences are defined. T. Matmuratov
divided the antonyms used in his works into groups of antonyms denoting character, season,
time, quality and feature. Also, phraseological word combinations in resin works are divided
into groups such as phraseological transitions, phraseological units, and phraseological
phrases.
