THE ROLE OF NON-STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRIMARY EDUCATION SYSTEM IN THE FERGANA VALLEY

Abstract

In the article is analyzed the role of non-state educational institutions in the development of primary education system in the Fergana Valley by the historical and main sources as well. Therefore, research showed that all areas, the activities of non-governmental educational institutions in the primary education system have been legally regulated and the development of public-private partnerships, as well as the operation of such schools has been strengthened by law.
