Abstract

Multi criteria decision making (MCDM) is an interesting technique to determine the optimal
alternative from several alternatives according to some criteria. Fuzzy Cognitive map is an
effective tool to handle high levels of uncertainty. Interval valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy
Cognitive Map is used to determine the exact values in a multi-criteria decision making. A
Multi criteria decision making (MCDM) technique called Combinative Distance based
Assessment (CODAS) enables us to select the alternative with the largest Euclidean and
Hamming distances from the negative ideal points. This paper analyzes the impact of global
warming and Greenhouse gas emission their ranking are elaborated.
