Resumen

The article contains information about the countries where grape seeds are grown the most,
medicinal substances contained in the seeds, fatty acids, vitamins, macro and micro elements,
as well as information on the healing properties of various diseases. In addition, the article
presents the results of research on the division of grapes into parts. Methods of producing oil
from grape seeds are also presented.
