In a broad sense, motivation is considered a complex, multifaceted manager of human life
(behavior, behavior, activity). Human life is governed by conscious and unconscious
circumstances. The highest level of control is conscious volitional control. We can clarify the
above points and define motivation as follows: motivation is a complex, multi-level system of
encouraging a person to act, which includes needs, motives, interests, ideals, aspirations,
norms, emotions, norms, values, etc.
