Resumen

Economic indicators are the metrics used for the measurement of microeconomics status of
any nation..The economic indicators have to be analyzed properly to understand the
systematic risk in the investment .Obviously the systematic risk will affect the companies as
well as the sectors ,which provide the wide variety of investment avenues like stocks that is
equity or debts(bonds). Hence the macroeconomic indicators are well analysed before any
investment is made. This paper analyses the climate condition or Economic season in the
India .The economic conditions are analyzed by comparing both GDP and inflation. The
Psychological part or mood of investors is analysed by the millennial survey, then aggressive
investors are chosen to represent the sample investor, who continues to invest for 10 year
horizon and sails through given economic climates and also achieve a CAGR of 9.3%. Thus
it is suggested to invest for long term to reduce the volatility effects
