Purchasing Model with Fuzzy Cost Parameters

Resumen

The research aims to analyze a purchase model with fuzzy uncontrolled variables. The
triangular fuzzy numbers are assumed for fuzzifying the parameters. The optimized solution of
order quantity, maximum inventory and annual cost are estimated with defuzzified cost
parameters by the use of graded mean integration and signed distance approach. The model has
been demonstrated with numerical examples and sensitivity analysis.
