The 21st century is recognized in the history of mankind as a period of emergence and rapid development of technological processes in the economic sphere. In the socio-cultural sphere, interpersonal relations have developed psychologically and reached their peak. This fact testifies to the growing importance of psychological influence in the management of social formations. If earlier social relations were effectively organized on the basis of a value approach, historical heritage, national traditions, and the example of adults, now, taking into account all factors, a reasonable psychological impact has become an important factor in achieving the desired. goal. At the same time, such concepts as physical strength, political propaganda or economic dependence, which were a priority in the management of social subjects, have lost their meaningful essence. On the contrary, interpersonal relationships, their content, leadership ideas, volume are becoming increasingly important. Therefore, effective preparation of the younger generation for the process of social relations, in which the development of a culture of communication is an important pedagogical task.
